Hi folks System Software version 4.82 for the PlayStation 3 has been released today. This is a mandatory update that improves system performance To update the System Software using your PS3 go to [Settings] > [System Update] and select [Update via Internet].

Download the latest update data from the Internet. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the operation. If for any reason you cannot use your PS3 to download the update, it is also available to. Please note it may take a short while for the page to be updated with the new version file.
