Cleveland Welding Company (CWC) Bicycles Have a Deep History, Producing Amazing Ballooner (Fat Tire) Bicycles from 1936 to the Late 1950′s. CWC Had Many Unique Styles of Bicycles that bared many different Badges for the Stores they were sold in.

Hawthorne was the Name of the Bicycle Line sold at the Montgomery Wards Department Store. CWC Bicycles were Built Like Tanks and Rank up there with My Favorite Quality and Stylish Vintage Bicycles. This is a Full-Size Men’s Adult Ballooner Bicycle with the Big Cushy Fat New Goodyear Pattern 26″x 2.125″ Black Wall Tires.

The Bicycle has New Repro CWC Type Wheels, a Working Wasp Torpedo Light and Horn, Original CWC Hawthorne Crank and Sprocket, Chrome Struts, a Sweet Original stem, and Big Half moon Bars with Torpedo Grips. The Seat is a Sweet Original Troxel Totally Rebuilt and it’s powder coated for Durability and Rebuilt with New Foam and Leather for Incredible Style and Comfort. The Original Seatpost is Layed Back for a Cool Lowered Comfortable Ride.
